CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

To ensure a smooth booking experience for all clients, please review the following terms:.

Booking Confirmation:

  • The Client Booking Form offers two payment options: Pay Now (Online) or Pay in Person (Onsite, at Reviva Skin Lab).

  • An email confirmation will be sent once your booking has been successfully submitted.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds:

  • Cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests are allowed at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, but you may still contact our staff to check if rescheduling can be accommodated, subject to availability.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.

 

Package Terms:

  • Amount of unused session/s of a prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • However, they do not expire and may be used anytime in the future, unless otherwise stated.

  • We are committed to honoring your sessions without time limits—so you never lose the value of what you've paid for.

 

No-Shows & Late Arrivals:

  • Late arrivals (15+ mins) may result in shorter sessions or rescheduling.

  • No-shows and late cancellations will forfeit the payment.

 

Clinic-Initiated Cancellations:

  • In case we need to cancel due to emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power outage, machine issues, staff emergency).

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are only granted for: Clinic Error, Valid Medical Concerns (with proof), and Duplicate Payments.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the scheduled appointment date.

  • Requests made after 3 days will no longer be accommodated.
